The Indian Golden Triangle is a popular tourist circuit in northern India that connects three major cities: Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur. Here’s a brief overview of each city’s attractions:

  1. Delhi: The capital city of India, Delhi is rich in history and culture. Key attractions include the Red Fort, India Gate, Qutub Minar, Humayun’s Tomb, and the bustling markets of Old Delhi. Don’t forget to explore its diverse cuisine.
  2. Agra: Agra is famous for being the home of the iconic Taj Mahal, one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Additionally, you can visit Agra Fort and Fatehpur Sikri, both of which are UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
  3. Jaipur: Known as the “Pink City” due to its pink-coloured buildings, Jaipur is the capital of Rajasthan. Major attractions include the Amber Fort, City Palace, Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds), and Jantar Mantar, an astronomical observatory.

Tourists often take a multi-day trip to explore these cities, experiencing India’s rich history, architecture, and culture. It’s a fantastic way to get a taste of northern India’s heritage and beauty.

Itinerary

On arrival at Delhi Airport our representative will receive guests at airport. Late afternoon journey to Akshardham Temple and enjoy the beautiful water show, evening back to Hotel. Overnight Stay at the hotel in Delhi

Day 2 :
Delhi

In the morning after breakfast proceed on a tour of the capital city. The important places in Delhi includes visit to Lotus Temple, The Qutab Minar, tallest stone tower in India, imposing India Gate, Rajghat, Indhira Gandhi Memorial Museum, Birla House (Mahatma Gandhi Museum), and the Rastrapathi Bhawan (By Pass), Parliament House (By Pass) are of much significance.

Meal Plan : Breakfast-Lunch-Dinner
Guests will be transferred to Agra. Visit Agra Fort containing the Royal Residential palaces the Halls of Public and Private Audience and the beautiful Mughal gardens. Then visit famous Taj Mahal built by Mughal Emperor Shahjehan in 1630 for his beloved Queen MumtazMahal. Overnight stay in Hotel at Agra.

After breakfast drive to the Pink city of Jaipur. Proceed for sightseeing tour of Jaipur including, City Palace in the heart of Jaipur is known for its blend of Rajasthani and Mughal architecture. Another monument near the City Palace, Jantar Mantar, is the largest of the five observatories built by Sawai Jai Singh. The HawaMahal or the Palace of Winds was constructed for the royal ladies to watch the royal processions without being seen. Later visit Birla Mandir. Overnight stay in Hotel at Jaipur.

Morning after breakfast, you will visit to the ancient capital of the KachhawahaRajputs, Amer Fort. You can take the jeep ride upto the fort (on direct payment basis). Enroute enjoy a photo-stop at JalMahal. On time transfer to airport to check in for your departure flight to onward journey!
